Lessons conducted in Driving Zone vehicles
For the first lesson, all applicants will undergo a new-driver evaluation to determine the recommended number of lessons before the driving test.
Cost: $60/Lesson
Duration: 60 mins
Don’t forget your permit!
Please bring your driving permit to your in-car lesson.
If you are 18 & older you will need to bring your Driver License- Restriction B.
If you are between ages 15-17 you will need to bring your Learner License.
If you do not have a driving permit, please visit the Adult Drivers Ed or Teen Drivers Ed page to complete the required course.
Exciting Highlights of Each Lesson
Here's what you can look forward to in each lesson:
Lesson 1: Master basic vehicle maneuvering in a designated open parking lot.
Lesson 2: Practice driving in residential areas, including parking and right-of-way scenarios.
Lesson 3: Navigate main streets, focusing on maintaining proper space and making turns.
Lesson 4: Gain experience on expressways, including entering, merging, and exiting.
Lesson 5: Pre-test session to prepare students for the official driving test.
